Heike Roehrer has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple organizations. Notably, Heike served as Lead, Digital Content, Manager of Training Delivery, and Lead Operations Training Officer at the NSW Department of Education from January 2020 to July 2022. Prior roles include Operations Manager at the California Association for STEAM Education Foundation and Program Fulfilment Manager at Actura Australia. Heike's career began in event management with the Air & Style Company. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Social and Economic Sciences from the University of Graz, two master's degrees in Marketing and Business/Commerce from FH CAMPUS 02 and Macquarie University, respectively, and a professional development certificate from Harvard Business School focused on cultivating a Culture of Health.
