Sarka Karafiatova

Sarka Karafiatova has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Finance Accounting Manager at Lay & Wheeler Ltd. since July 2017. In this role, Sarka manages financial reporting, budgeting, annual audits, balance sheet and general ledger reconciliation, intercompany transactions, payroll, and capital expenditure, along with variance analysis and supporting commentary for management accounts. Additionally, Sarka has been an Assistant Accountant at Majestic Wine since May 2007, handling accounts payable, cash book management, payroll, VAT returns, fixed assets, and audit requests, while also managing multicurrency transactions. Sarka completed education at West Herts College from 2008 to 2011.
