Abla Darwish

Abla Darwish is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and organizational development. As the Group Vice President of People and Organisation Strategy at Majid Al Futtaim since September 2018, Abla oversees the strategic direction of the people and organization strategy, focusing on synergies and operational efficiencies. Previous roles within Majid Al Futtaim include Group Vice President for Strategy and Value Creation, and Group Business Development & Strategy Director, where Abla drove growth strategies, innovation, and digital ecosystem incubation. Abla also contributed as a Village Partner at the World Economic Forum and held senior positions at Meraas, Sia Partners, PwC Middle East, Ernst & Young, Bain & Company, and Marriott International. Abla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship from the American University of Beirut and A Levels in Economics from The British School.
