Rabab al-Waqfi

Rabab Al-Waqfi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in last-mile logistics and customer care management. Currently serving as the Regional Last Mile Manager at Majid Al Futtaim, Rabab has previously held positions including Last Mile Manager and Home Delivery Team Leader at IKEA and Customer Care Counter Team Leader and Customer Care Agent at A.P. Moller - Maersk. Rabab began a career in technology as a Java Developer at Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. International. Academically, Rabab holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Jordan University of Science and Technology and completed additional studies at The University of Manchester from 2019 to 2020.
