Victor Nichols

Victor Nichols serves as the Chairman of The Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish International since November 2022 and is currently a Board Member at Bank of Hawaii, where involvement includes the Audit and Risk Committee. Nichols has previously held board positions at Revlon Inc. and Zovio, where responsibilities included chairing the Compensation Committee and serving on various committees. Previous leadership roles include Chairman and CEO at Harland Clarke Holdings, as well as CEO of Valassis, overseeing substantial growth and success in advertising solutions. Nichols has extensive experience in executive roles at Experian across North America and Europe, and held the position of Chief Information Officer at Wells Fargo. An MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Economics from UC San Diego complement Nichols' robust professional background.
