Leslie Motter

Leslie Motter has been serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Make-A-Wish America since October 2013. Previously, Leslie held roles such as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at the foundation. Before joining Make-A-Wish, Leslie gained extensive experience in leadership positions at companies such as American Express, Vanguard, Prudential Financial Services, and Aetna. Leslie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Organization Behavior from the University of Hartford. Throughout their career, Leslie has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, particularly in finance, human resources, and strategic planning.
