Guillemette Colombe has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 with a role in business development at CARBOX. In 2012, they worked in business finance at Schneider Electric. From 2014 to 2018, they were involved with The Boson Project, a consulting firm, where they held multiple roles. Guillemette first served as a consultant and business developer, assisting companies in their cultural and organizational transformations. Notable clients they worked with include Air France, LVMH, and Alloresto. Later, they became responsible for international development and business in Canada, where they opened the firm's first international office. Currently, they are the Head of Consultations On Demand at Make.org, a position they obtained in 2019.
Guillemette Colombe completed their education from 2008 to 2014, focusing on business and entrepreneurship. Guillemette started their education by attending the Institution des Chartreux from 2008 to 2010, where they completed a Preparation Class to enter Business Schools. After that, they pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship at the ESSEC Business School from 2010 to 2014. As part of their academic journey, they also attended the University of Cape Town in 2013 as an exchange student at the Graduate School of Business for six months.
