Jason Stephenson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property development, project management, and civil engineering. Currently serving as the General Manager at Maker ENG since January 2023, Jason leads a team of over 50 experts in delivering complex infrastructure and greenfield development projects across NSW and VIC. As the Founder and Managing Director of Land Evolution since July 2019, Jason provides proactive management solutions in all dimensions of property development. Additionally, Jason is an active member of the Land Development and Infrastructure Committees for UDIA NSW from January 2020 to January 2024. Previous roles include Project Director at Benaiah, Development Manager at Sekisui House Australia, and Project Manager at J. Wyndham Prince, where Jason has successfully delivered numerous major development projects. Starting as a Surveyor at Vince Morgan Surveyors PTY Ltd., Jason built a strong foundation in surveying and engineering, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland.
