Mandi Dimitriadis has work experience in the education sector, specifically in the areas of pedagogy, learning improvement, and curriculum development. From 2015 onwards, they have been associated with Makers Empire, initially serving as the Director of Learning Improvement. In this role, they focused on developing critical and creative thinking skills in students through design thinking. Prior to that, they worked at DECD and held various managerial positions, including Manager of Pedagogy and Learning Areas and Manager of Australian Curriculum History.

From 1986 to 1988, Mandi Dimitriadis attended the South Australian College of Advanced Education. During this time, they pursued a diploma in teaching with a focus on primary education.
