Vivian is the Executive Director of Draper Hero Institute, (a 501c3 nonprofit organization to develop and promote entrepreneurial career paths). She implemented the recent launch of the Draper Innovation Index, which tracks the growth trends of innovation and entrepreneurship across the globe and the US.
Vivian brings a broad range of expertise in the areas of nonprofit management, philanthropic engagement, fundraising, event planning, marketing and creative direction to help lead DHI’s efforts both nationally and globally. Prior to DHI, she governed and served as co-chair to Bullis Charter School Foundation exceeding annual fundraising goals during her 3-year term.
As a long time Silicon Valley resident and industry networker for over 30 years, Vivian has developed key relationships that help connect current “heroes” with aspiring entrepreneurs throughout the world.

Students earn a Bachelor’s in Applied Computer Science while studying liberal arts, computer science theory, and product development.
