Makr Shakr
Filippo Zanotto started their work experience in 2011 as a Logistics/Import role at BasicNet SpA. In 2012, they became the Manager of Politecnico CUS office at CUS Torino, where they worked until 2013. In 2015, they joined Makr Shakr and took on the role of Business Development. Filippo later became the CFO in 2017. In 2019, they moved to CRA-Carlo Ratti Associati as the Group CFO.
Filippo Zanotto attended the Politecnico di Torino, where they obtained a Laurea triennale degree in Ingegneria dell'organizzazione dell'Impresa from 2007 to 2012. Filippo then pursued further education at the same institution and graduated with a Laurea Magistrale LM degree in Ingegneria Gestionale, specializing in Engineering/Industrial Management, from 2013 to 2015.

Launched in 2014, the Makr Shakr Company aims to empower people with new robotic interactions, especially in the food and beverage sector. The company is dedicated to three core values: creativity, simplicity, enjoyment.The Makr Shakr bar system was designed by award-winning practice Carlo Ratti Associati, combining future robotics with Italiandesign roots. The recipient of many awards – including D&AD and Core77 – it was developed in the city of Torino, Italy, the birthplace of Martini and Vermouth. Today Makr Shakr bar system continues with cocktail innovation.
