Farah Salwani

Farah Salwani has extensive experience in human resources and employee management, currently holding the position of Manager, Employee Management (Benefits & Care) and International Station at Malaysia Airlines since September 2008. Prior roles at Malaysia Airlines include Manager of Strategic Compensation, Benefits & Rewards, as well as Head of Benefit in the Department of Performance & Remunerations. Farah previously worked at MASkargo Sdn Bhd from July 2005 to September 2008 as an Executive in regional sales for freighter aircraft and operations. Farah started at Malaysia Airlines as a Management Trainee and had earlier experience as an Application Engineer in R&D at Toprank Corporation. An engineering graduate from the University of Malaya, Farah holds a Bachelor's degree in Design & Manufacturing.
