Thomas Raballand is an experienced creative professional with a strong background in design and management. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager - Creation and Creative Director at Malherbe Paris since April 2007, Thomas leads the Dior team in developing new cosmetic concepts and oversees various other cosmetic projects for brands such as Carita and L'Oreal. Previously, Thomas worked as a Design Manager and Designer at Microcar, where responsibilities included conceptualizing a micro-utility vehicle, and as an intern at Référence Névin, focusing on the interior design of Quick restaurants and storefronts for independent boutiques. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Industrial Design from L'École de design Nantes Atlantique, complemented by studies at Sapienza Università di Roma.
