Ashley Ayaz Hooper is a seasoned Senior Producer at MALKA, with extensive experience in all phases of production, from pre-production to post-production. Since November 2015, Ashley has successfully led teams and implemented strategic plans to ensure project efficiency, adhering to budgetary and timeline constraints. Prior roles include Producer, responsible for managing production budgets, scheduling, and crew hires, and Production Coordinator, where responsibilities included facilitating production schedules and pre-production tasks. Ashley also gained valuable experience as a Recruiter Assistant Intern at SGS North American Inc, assisting in the implementation of an applicant tracking system and reviewing job descriptions for compliance. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Media Production from William Paterson University of New Jersey and an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Bergen Community College.
