Musa Aldarawsheh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Musa started their career as a Telecommunication Engineer in Orange - Jordan, where they focused on strategic planning. Musa then moved on to Nokia Siemens Networks, where they held various roles such as Integration & Verification Project Manager and 3G Research Engineer. At NSN - Nokia Solutions and Networks, Musa worked as a Services Programme Manager, leading teams to operate and support customer networks in different countries. Musa also served as a Research & Development Programme Manager, overseeing the development of Linux-based software platforms for IP network applications. In 2015, Musa joined malomatia as the Head of Service Delivery, responsible for service operation functions and ensuring efficient IT resource management. Recently, they took on the role of Head of Service Delivery/Cyber Security, delivering cyber security projects for major clients in Qatar. Musa has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Musa Aldarawsheh completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Radio Communications from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan from 2002 to 2005. Additionally, they possess various certifications including Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, ISO 20000 Lead Auditor - IT Service Certification from BSI, ITIL from Axilos, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
