Susanne Larsen

Susanne Larsen serves as the Head of Research and Prospect Management at Mother Jones, overseeing research initiatives for the oldest investigative newsroom in the United States since October 2018. Prior to this role, Susanne held various positions including Director of Advancement Services and Director of Research and Prospect Management at Willamette University from April 2013 to October 2018, managing the advancement research efforts for a dynamic team. Other experiences include roles as Senior Researcher at the University of Minnesota Foundation and various management positions at The Santa Fe Opera and Development Resources, Inc. Susanne began a career in stage management with the American Indian Dance Theatre and earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Macalester College.
