Glenda Armes is an accomplished human resources professional with significant experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Malone Workforce Solutions since July 2021, Glenda develops and executes HR strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on succession planning, talent management, and training. Prior to this role, Glenda worked as a Human Resources Relationship Manager at Farm Credit Mid-America, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and employee relations.
