Dr Gary Crotaz

Dr. Gary Crotaz, PhD PCC, is a strategic adviser at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change and an international keynote speaker, executive coach, and founder of The Unlock Moment. With expertise in strengths-centered high-performance leadership, Dr. Crotaz hosts "The Unlock Moment" podcast and authored "The IDEA Mindset." Additional roles include executive coach at 100 Coaches Agency, board member at Malt, trustee of the Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, and director of Rambert Grades, an awarding organization for contemporary dance. Dr. Crotaz has also served as podcast host for The Coacharium and as an official member of Forbes Coaches Council, while previous experience includes chief coaching officer and chief engagement officer at KultraLab, and interim director of group strategy at Selfridges Group. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Respiratory Medicine from the University of Cambridge and a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School.
