Ameet joined Malwarebytes in October 2019 and leads the legal department. He has over a decade of experience in scaling high tech companies, developing long-term business relationships, and building processes and compliance programs. Prior to joining Malwarebytes, Ameet was the head of legal at Centric Software where he helped the business grow and led its successful sale to Dassault Systèmes (EPA: DSY). Ameet received his JD from Santa Clara Law School, MBA from Santa Clara University, and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
