Nicole Rossetti

Nicole Rossetti is an experienced Senior UX Writer currently at Malwarebytes since June 2022, previously serving as a Senior User Experience Writer at AT&T from March 2020 to October 2021. Prior roles include UX Content Writer at LivePerson and CrunchMind, where responsibilities involved creating engaging content to drive traffic and revenue. Nicole began the professional journey as a Content Specialist at Playtika, managing VIP Player accounts and enhancing revenue through strategic communication and KPI analysis. An early experience includes an internship with the New York City Police Department’s Internal Affairs Bureau, focusing on case analysis and system automation. Nicole holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Rutgers University - Newark and continues education at the Rothberg International School since 2013.
