Abby Bacon has a diverse work experience history. Abby started their career at BENCHMARQUE as a People & Culture Administrator, where they managed the full employment life-cycle for the FOH teams. Abby then transitioned to the role of People & Culture Coordinator at BENCHMARQUE, where they continued to oversee the staffing operations and training, as well as the management of the full employment life-cycle. Abby then worked as an HR Assistant (Contract) at Camilla Australia, where they provided assistance with human resources tasks. Currently, they are working at Mamamia as Head of Agency Sales NSW, leading the agency sales team. Prior to this role, Abby held various sales positions at Mamamia, including Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager, and Sales Executive. Abby also started their journey at Mamamia as a People and Culture Advisor and later as a People and Culture Coordinator.
Abby Bacon attended Calrossy Anglican School for their high school education. Abby later pursued a Bachelor's Degree at Macquarie University, where they studied Bachelor of Commerce with the degree of Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology.
