Nicolle Stuart is an experienced professional in human resources and people management with over a decade of expertise across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Mamamia since May 2016, Nicolle has previously held roles as People and Culture Manager and Human Resources Advisor within the same company. Prior experience includes coordinating HR functions at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and managing commercial inventory at Multi Channel Network, where notable achievements include developing a 'Return to Work' pack and leading teams to meet strict deadlines. Nicolle also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, complemented by further education at TAFE NSW.
