Danielle's work experience also includes prominent roles at Google and Intel Corporation. At Google, they served as the Vice President of People Operations and Head of Employee Engagement, leading global employee relations, diversity and inclusion efforts, and employee engagement programs. At Intel Corporation, they held various leadership positions, including Vice President and Group Chief Human Resources Officer, as well as Vice President and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer. Their responsibilities included global human resources management, executive leadership development, and diversity initiatives.
Before joining Google and Intel, Danielle held positions at Gilead Sciences, TAP Pharmaceuticals, Abbott Laboratories, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Danielle Mastrangel Brown pursued their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Michigan State University between 1996 and 1999. Danielle furthered their education by completing an MBA program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2005 to 2008.
