Ryan Fitzpatrick's work experience begins in 2011 as a Strategic Communications Intern with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Ryan then served as a Student Research Assistant with the University of Pennsylvania Middle East Center. In 2012, Ryan worked as a Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on projects for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Paralegal Specialist at the U.S. Department of Justice. Ryan then interned at the Federal Trade Commission and the United States Attorneys' Offices as a Legal Intern. Ryan joined Fried Frank as a Summer Law Clerk in 2017 and later became an Associate from 2018 to 2021. Ryan then worked as an Associate at DLA Piper from 2021 to 2022 before joining Harry's, Inc. as a Legal Counsel in 2022.

Ryan Fitzpatrick completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Modern Middle East Studies and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations at the University of Pennsylvania from 2009 to 2012. Ryan then pursued further education at Georgetown University Law Center in 2015 and New York University School of Law from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
