Prior to that, they served as the Sr. Director of Customer Insights from August 2018 to August 2020, and as the Director of Customer Insights from January 2017 to August 2018, also at Harry's, Inc.
Before joining Harry's, Inc., Todd worked at Novartis Oncology as the Director, Customer & Portfolio Insights from December 2015 to January 2017. Todd led the business insights and analytics team, supporting the U.S. market access, new products, and digital marketing.
From February 2012 to December 2015, Todd worked at Novartis Consumer Health as the Director, Consumer & Market Insights (North America). Earlier, they served as the Associate Director, Global Market Research from January 2008 to February 2012, where they managed a team responsible for global research programs.
Prior to that, Todd worked as a Senior Analyst/Manager, Global Market Research from October 2005 to January 2008. Todd started their career at Directions Research, Inc. as a Marketing Research Analyst from June 2003 to September 2005.
Todd has also worked as a Graduate Assistant at Terry College of Business, University of Georgia from June 2002 to June 2003 and as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Coast Guard from May 1996 to April 2002.
Todd Adrian attended Mahopac High School for an unknown duration, where they did not receive a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Later, from 1992 to 1996, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the US Coast Guard Academy. Following that, from 2002 to 2003, they earned a Master of Science degree in Marketing Research from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
