Dana Witt has over 15 years of experience in packaging development and management. Dana began their career at Coty as a Technical Packaging Engineer, where they identified packaging issues and optimized production capabilities. Dana then moved on to L'Oréal as a Package Development Manager, coordinating and managing global product launches. At Coty, they worked as a Package Concept Development Manager, successfully launching new packaging technologies and innovations for various fragrance lines. After that, they joined TPR Holdings LLC as a Director of Packaging, leading and managing new package development projects for multiple brands. Currently, they are the Director of Packaging at Mana Products, where they oversee a concept-to-market package development team and ensures adherence to corporate goals while managing new package development projects. Dana's expertise includes negotiating with suppliers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating complex 3D drawings and models.
Dana Witt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University in 2002.
