Waqas I. is an experienced operations director currently leading business services at Manafa Capital since September 2021, where significant office expansion was achieved in Pakistan. Previously, Waqas served as a Business Growth Adviser at Esipick from May 2019 to August 2021, focusing on budgeting and financial planning for a software house catering to international clients. Prior roles included Product Manager at Smart Food Concepts from January 2014 to March 2019, overseeing product distribution and demand forecasting for global brands in the UAE. Waqas started a career in media operations with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Central Media Cell from December 2011 to December 2013, managing media relations and press activities. Waqas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences and a Postgraduate Diploma in Entrepreneurship and SME Management from the Virtual University of Pakistan.
