Lhou Maacha is the current Executive Director of Exploration at Managem. Lhou has been with the company since January 2008, and in their current role, is responsible for exploring and developing projects both in Morocco and internationally in the fields of base metals, precious metals, and cobalt. Prior to their current role, Lhou served as Managem's central director from January 2003 to January 2008, during which time they were responsible for exploring and prospecting projects both in Morocco and internationally.
Lhou Maacha completed a DEA in structurale at the FSSM marrakech before becoming an ingénieur in géologie petrolière at ENIM. Lhou then went on to earn their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Métallogeny and géophysic from Université Cadi Ayyad Marrakech.
