Nedelcho Spasov

Nedelcho Spasov has a master's degree in economics and industrial management from the University of National and World Economy and a master's degree in business administration from INSEAD.

Nedelcho Spasov and Stanimir Vassilev are owners and heads of the Management Board of MFG, major shareholders in all companies in the group. Co-founders of Easy Asset Management AD (2005). They are serial entrepreneurs and investors and have been building financial companies and investing in fintech and other startups for the past 16 years. They are guided by the belief that everyone should have access to financial services, as they have access to education or healthcare, and put humanity, innovation and responsibility at the forefront of the group‘s corporate culture.
