Prior to this, Kate has held various roles in companies such as Trustpower and Wise Ones, where Kate focused on people and capability development. With a background in recruitment and management, Kate has a strong track record of improving sales, staff performance, and overall business operations throughout their career. Kate is dedicated to supporting renewable energy initiatives and connecting talented individuals with employment opportunities.
