Francesca Whitfield

Francesca Whitfield has extensive experience in financial management and planning within the sports industry, currently serving as the Director of Group Planning and Football Finance at Manchester United since January 2015. Francesca has held various roles at Manchester United, including Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, FPA Manager, and Senior Finance Analyst in Financial Reporting. Prior to this, Francesca worked as an Assistant Manager at Deloitte UK from April 2013 to January 2015 and as an Audit Executive at Ernst & Young LLP from September 2008 to April 2013. Francesca holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Durham University, obtained between 2006 and 2007.
