Before that, Joo Leng Teo held the position of Group General Manager at SUTL Group of Companies from October 2020 to November 2022. Joo Leng Teo also has experience as the Group General Manager (Marina & Club Operations) and General Manager at ONE°15 Marina from February 2020 to September 2020 and August 2016 to February 2020, respectively. Prior to that, Joo Leng Teo worked at Far East Hospitality in roles such as Head Corporate Development & Planning, General Manager at Oasia Hotel Singapore, General Manager at Serviced Residences, and Sales & Marketing Manager, Serviced Residences. Joo Leng Teo started their career at Singapore Airlines as an Admin Officer from August 2001 to February 2008, and later worked as the Overseas State Manager from February 2008 to August 2010.
Joo Leng Teo holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies (2nd Upp Hons.) degree from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.

The wildlife parks managed by the Group are accredited by two of the top international regional zoo associations European Association of Zoos and Aquaria, and Zoo and Aquarium Association of Australasia, and the Group is an active member of the Southeast Asian Zoo and Aquarium Association and the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums. Mandai Wildlife Group is committed to the vision of sustainable populations of wildlife and human communities thriving in functioning ecosystems. The Group will contribute by connecting people with wildlife, championing sustainable living, as well as participating in and supporting conservation efforts to safeguard wildlife and their habitats. The actions and contributions of the Mandai family of entities and brands are also aligned to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, in their focus to nurture a healthier world. The Group will work with our partners and like-minded collaborators to make a positive impact. The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.
