Rico Kwong

Rico Kwong is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and account management within the luxury hotel sector. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Global Sales for Asia Pacific at Mandarin Oriental since June 2017, Rico has successfully spearheaded new account development and cultivated key relationships with luxury travel agencies in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior roles at the same organization included Global Key Account Senior Sales Manager and Regional Sales Manager, where Rico focused on business growth initiatives across MICE, Corporate, and Luxury Agency segments. Previous experience includes a Senior Sales Manager position at New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel, where responsibilities encompassed expanding corporate clientele and driving brand awareness in Greater China, as well as roles at The Royal Pacific Hotel & Towers. Rico holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Hotel and Tourism Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
