Derrick Dinglasan has extensive experience in founding and leading various companies and organizations. In 2019, they founded OPTE, a venture-backed premium clean beauty technology brand, where they oversaw various aspects such as marketing, growth, digital product strategy, and customer experience. Derrick also founded Launchpad at Procter & Gamble and M13. In 2022, Derrick joined Evite as a Product Leader and became a member of The CMO Club. Derrick also served as a mentor at Amplify.LA and became a member of YPO. Prior to these roles, Derrick held positions at The Honest Company as Director of Product Management & UX and Director of Technology. In 2018, they served as the Global VP of Digital at Manduka, where they led digital transformation efforts in the fitness and wellness industry. Additionally, Derrick was a member of Gold House Gold Rush Startup Accelerator for AAPI Founders in 2020.
