Vander Thompson Jr.

Vander Thompson Jr. serves as the Director of People Operations at Mangomint since March 2024, following a progression of roles in people operations including Senior People Operations Business Partner and People Operations Business Partner at Niche. Prior experience includes positions as People Operations Manager at Adwerx and Lulu Press, Inc., as well as People & Operations Manager at O2 Fitness Clubs, where responsibilities encompassed HR functions, employee relations, and development initiatives. Prior to these roles, Vander held leadership positions at Barneys New York and Quidsi Inc., where workforce management and customer service were key focuses. Vander holds a Master’s degree in Administrative Science with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from The College of New Jersey.
