Theresa started their career in the US Army as a Communications Interceptor/Analyst, where they deployed and operated electronic intelligence collection systems. Theresa then worked as a Marketing Specialist II at L-3 Communications, managing advertising, trade show coordination, and marketing research. At Lockheed Martin, Theresa held several positions including Multi Function Financial Analyst Associate Manager, where they directed financial management functions, and Senior Project Management and Planning Operations Representative, where they oversaw and coordinated ongoing projects. Theresa also worked at Raytheon as a Senior Program Control and Cost Analyst, responsible for program financial analysis and reporting. Theresa joined the American Institutes for Research (formerly IMPAQ) as a Senior Pricing Analyst, reviewing and analyzing procurement materials and creating budget shells. Theresa later became the Pricing Manager, overseeing pricing operations and strategy. Currently, Theresa is employed at Manhattan Strategy Group as the Director of Pricing and Project Control.
Theresa Rodgers obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Strayer University between the years 2004 and 2007. Later, they pursued a Masters in Project Management at Boston University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they hold a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, although the month and year of attainment are not specified.
