Kate Nudel

Kate Nudel is an accomplished professional in the field of applied biology, currently serving as the Director and Head of Applied Biology at Manifold Bio since July 2020, after previously holding the positions of Associate Director and Principal Scientist at the same company. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Scientist and Scientist at Kintai Therapeutics from May 2018 to July 2020, and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where research focused on antibiotic resistance using whole genome sequencing and mouse models. Nudel also completed a Postdoctoral Scholar position at Tufts University, investigating gene regulation in Neisseria gonorrhoeae. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Microbiology and Immunology from Boston University School of Medicine and a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Florida.
