Arnold Jether Mortera has extensive experience in the water utility sector, currently serving as the Group Head of Corporate Operations at Manila Water since January 2020. Previously, Mortera held several key roles at Manila Water, including Head of the Wastewater Operations Division and Chief Technical Officer for New Business Development. Mortera's career also includes leadership positions at MW Philippine Ventures and Manila Water Philippine Ventures, where responsibilities ranged from managing regional business clusters to overseeing new business development initiatives. An alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management with a Management Development Program (MDP) and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) from Mapúa University, Mortera also holds a Master's Degree in Management from Philippine Christian University.
