Sathish Kolar Ramamoorthy

Sathish Kolar Ramamoorthy serves as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Manipal Health Enterprises Pvt. Ltd since August 2019. Previously, Sathish held the position of Head at ACE Legal, a corporate law firm in Bangalore, from January 2007 to July 2019. Sathish has extensive experience in legal and corporate advisory roles, having worked as Head of Corporate Advisory at JCSS and as Head of Legal and Company Secretary at Siemens Automotive. Additional positions include Legal Manager and Company Secretary at Essilor Group, Legal Counsel at GE, and Legal Officer at Bosch India. Sathish holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate and Commercial Law from Queen Mary University of London and an LLB from Bangalore University, along with an Associate Company Secretary (ACS) qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
