Diane Sparrow DeGrave

Diane Sparrow DeGrave CPHR has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of People & Corporate Services at Manitoba Blue Cross since April 2010, a role that follows various leadership positions within the same organization. Prior experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at Canwest and multiple human resource positions at TruServ Canada. Diane holds a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Geography from the University of Manitoba, a Certificate in Management (CIM) with Honours, and an HR Certificate from RRC Polytech. Additionally, Diane has been recognized as a CHRP Candidate through the NKE Study Group.
