Roby Isaac

Roby Isaac has extensive experience in design and leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Design at Mannington Mills, Inc. since 2010, where previous roles included Director of Commercial Design and Creative Manager for Commercial Hard Surfaces. Additionally, Roby is a Partner at iV Design, and has held significant positions at Milliken & Company as Design Manager, Tandus as Studio Manager, and Monterey Carpets as Product Designer. Early career experience includes roles as Studio Assistant and Apprentice at The Fabric Workshop and Museum. Roby earned a Bachelor of Science in Textile Design from Philadelphia University and attended Temple University.
