Charlotte Gell

Charlotte Gell has extensive experience in leadership development and change management, currently serving as Senior Lead of Leadership Development at ManoMano since April 2021. Prior to this role, Charlotte held positions such as Group Head of Change Management at Europ Assistance and various leadership training roles at Generali, including Head of Managerial Training and Program Manager for Group Leadership Training. Charlotte's earlier experience includes training program management at GIE AXA Universite and an HR Analyst position at GIE AXA. Charlotte's educational background includes a Master in Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS, a Master in Clinical Psychology from UParis X Nanterre, and a Licence in Clinical Psychology from UParis XIII Saint-Denis.
