Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson are the two founders of ManoMano. They initially raised funds from Business Angels (including Denis Fayolle, co-founder of Lafourchette.com), and then from top tier Growth and Venture Capital investors such as Temasek, Eurazeo, General Atlantic, Partech, Piton, BPI, CM-CIC and Aglae. Throughout its first years, the growing Start-Up also benefited from the strong support of the "Réseau Entreprendre" and RAISE.
Philippe's main focus is ensuring ManoMano delivers on its promise to all team members that the Company's strong traction and values-led organisation will enable them to grow in both, the human and professional dimensions. He oversees mainly:
- Corporate Strategy, Fund Raising and general business management,
- IT & Technology : data-science, data-engineering, scalable IT development,
- Marketing : CRM, paid & free acquisition, actionable analytics, client value modeling,
- Product : conversion funnels, differentiating user-experience,
- Brand management : communities management, brand building, corporate identity,
- People Development, Training, Values & Corporate Organization.
