Sylvia Flores is the CEO and Co-Founder of Manos Accelerator. Prior to this role, Sylvia worked at IBM as an Environmental Engineer, where Sylvia developed and maintained Site Environmental Procedures, managed Hazardous waste in the United States and Mexico, monitored and reported Environment Compliance, and conformed environmental procedures to ISO14001 EMS and IBM Corporate Environmental Policy. Sylvia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from San Jose State University.
