Andrew Connolly

Andrew Connolly currently serves as the VP of Data Science & Analytics at ManpowerGroup, where responsibilities include steering and implementing global data science and analytical strategies. Previously, as Managing Director of Global Business Intelligence and Analytic Solutions at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, Andrew executed a strategic roadmap for designing and deploying a comprehensive business intelligence platform. Prior roles include Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Associated Bank, where Andrew built a successful analytics center, and VP of Business Intelligence and Analytics at BMO Harris Bank, establishing an analytics department that grew significantly under leadership. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Finance and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science, along with a Master’s in Project Management from Villanova University and a Data Science certification from Microsoft.
