Jill Busch

Jill Busch has extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at ManpowerGroup since September 2019. Concurrently, Jill is an Adjunct Instructor in the MS Organizational Leadership & Administration program at Concordia University Wisconsin, a role held since April 2014. Previously, Jill worked as a Talent Development Manager at Kohl's, managing a team focused on creating job skills training, and held positions in leadership roles within the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of ASTD. Jill has also contributed to API Healthcare as a Methodology Manager, overseeing a team that developed training methodologies, and served as Training Manager at Adaptive Micro Systems LLC. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Communication from Concordia University Wisconsin.
