Joyce Bijl

Joyce Bijl currently serves as the Business Development Director for Asia Pacific & Middle East at ManpowerGroup, a role commenced in October 2023. Prior to this position, Joyce held the title of Program Head/Regional Sales for the Middle East at Pontoon Solutions from March 2019 to September 2023, focusing on managing and developing programs while enhancing talent acquisition functions and financial health. Joyce's extensive experience also includes various leadership roles at The Adecco Group from July 2004 to March 2019, including Managing Director of Adecco Staffing, where responsibilities encompassed sales strategy development, team management, and key account oversight. Additional roles range from International Account Manager for APAC clients to Branch Manager and Consultant. Joyce has also contributed to multiple committees, notably the Dutch Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the Benelux Chamber of Commerce, assisting in the growth of Dutch SMEs in China. Education includes a degree in Hotel Management from Middelbare Hotelschool and studies in Middle Management.
