Alexa Loeser

Alexa Loeser has a diverse background in customer service and community management, currently serving as the Manager of Community at MANSCAPED since August 2019. Previously, Alexa held roles at Nordstrom, beginning as a Sales Associate from April 2012 to September 2017, and later as a Service Experience Representative from December 2017 to June 2020. Responsibilities included providing top-tier customer service, resolving issues, and promoting the Nordstrom rewards program. Additionally, Alexa gained experience as a Guest Services Coordinator at Nomad Temporary Housing from January 2018 to February 2019, where skills in client relations and problem-solving were further developed. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Westmont College, obtained in 2014.
