Jessica Rodney

Jessica (Farquhar) Rodney is a seasoned Program Control Analyst with over two decades of experience in financial management and project control within ManTech International Corporation. Since December 2012, Jessica has served as a Senior Program Control Analyst, overseeing funding for a $150M contract and assisting in cost and schedule monitoring through the Earned Value Management System. Prior to this, from November 2004 to December 2011, Jessica led a team of Project Control Analysts as the Program Control Analyst Lead, working collaboratively with business unit managers and developing annual operating plans. Early career experience includes a role as Proposals Analyst at ManTech, where Jessica evaluated RFP requirements and developed cost estimate templates.
