Damian Driessen

Damian Driessen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data governance and management, currently serving as the Lead Data Governance Consultant at Mantel Group since July 2023. Previously held managerial and director roles in various departments, including the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions and the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing, where Damian managed data and analytics teams and developed frameworks to support vulnerable individuals affected by COVID-19. Damian's earlier career at Optus spanned over a decade, culminating in roles such as Continuous Improvement Lead and ePMO Manager, focused on project delivery and governance. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computing from Victoria University.
